Good location but dirty hotel from hallways carpet to elevator carpet and rooms. It's priced like a 4 Star, but the quality is no more the one or two stars. Poorly managed property. Spoken to manager about filthy carpet, and she said it was deep clean week ago. I took her around to show her and she said yes this needs cleaning. Is the Guest paid to do inspector job snd to let the management know what they need to do? I wouldn't recommend anyone staying at this property. I stayed in Sonesta in LA, and that was a 4 star with 300+ rooms property.

I was happy with my stay till i found a live roach crawling on our wall in the morning. The beds are not that comfy and walls are paper thin. The pool wasn't working. Im glad we only stayed one night. The front desk was very nice.

Not a good place if you're traveling with dogs. Very little space to walk them, next to a truck terminal or something with a lot of truck noise. We paid extra for a "balcony" overlooking the pool area, which was a joke. It was so narrow you had to turn the chairs sidewise to sit out there. Be aware, too, that you have to pay for breakfast. They don't advertise that breakfast is included so it was my fault that I missed that, but be aware of it.

I was only there for one night, the rooms were pretty gross. I literally skipped showering because of the mold. I was there for business and the location was convenient. I would never go back and do not recommend.

I stay here almost every weekend and I love it. The rooms are always clean and smell good. Sergio at the front desk is very helpful and kind.

Stayed for the Orange Bowl. Great location everything we needed within walking distance and a short 20 minute drive to the Hard Rock Stadium. Would definitely stay again. GO NOLES

The hotel smelled extremely strong of floral odor masking spray upon entering and in all the common areas. The pool was closed. The big issue was the leaking bathroom ceiling and wall. At least the bedroom was dry!

To start the receptionist wasn’t at the desk to open the door. We waited over 5 minutes for another guest to come out so we could go in, then another five or ten minutes for someone to show up to check us in. Once checked in, I went to shower (hair all over) and the tub backed up during the shower. Mind you I’m merely one of FIVE guests who needed to shower. This was after we discovered there were only three towels and washcloths for a booking of five. The hotels response was “sorry, no rooms available and no maintenance until in the morning.” U N A C C E P T A B L E! Never will we ever book here again. Just don’t do it.
